A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

It was back to Ancient Rome for our 2003 production, the slapstick farce "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum". Another Howden and Waldmann collaboration with Lisa Rubinovich taking over the stage management.
Hilarious moments included a Keystone Cops-style chase across the stage and Ed Spitz in blonde wig desperately trying to keep out of the way of roman centurion Eric Isaacson. We also welcomed back Tamar Naggan after a 16 year absence.
The audiences agreed that as in the words of the opening song, there was plenty of "Comedy Tonight".

LOGON Trivia

The only LOGON performance ever cancelled was the Haifa performance of "The Yeomen of the Guard" in 1991, when the theatre would not open to the public due to the Gulf War.
